Vince Hibbs Joins RICOMM to Lead Business Development

Mt. Laurel, NJ-January 10, 2006 - RICOMM Systems, a leading technology company for the government and commercial sectors, today announced the addition of Vincent J. Hibbs to lead the company's new business development. Hibbs, a member of RICOMM's Board of Directors, brings more than 15 years experience in senior sales and marketing leadership positions and over 20 years experience in the technology service industry.

Hibbs has had great success positioning IT services into the pharmaceutical and financial industries. As a Principal with the Philadelphia-based ICON Solutions, since acquired by AnswerThink, he assisted in the expansion of the firm from 7 consultants and $1 million in revenues to over 125 professionals and $19 million. Hibbs also serves on the Board of Directors at the Delaware County Memorial Hospital Annual Fund. He is a graduate of Bradley University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
